TOS

Payment

‣ i accept only upfront and 50/50 payments (half of the price before sketch and half after i send the sketch)‣ i accept payments via ko-fi‣ complicated props/elements may incur additional fee (customer will be notified beforehand)

TAT

‣ Turnaround time for commission can vary depending on the project's complexity and my current workload. In most cases, you can expect your commission to be completed within just a few days. However, in special situations, it may take up to one month.

Termination and refunds

‣ Once the payment is made, the client cannot terminate the commission. The artist may offer refunds under certain circumstances, such as a failure to deliver the commissioned artwork within a specified timeframe.

Revisions

‣ Changes can only be made before I start working on the lineart.‣ Minor changes are free of charge! However, any major changes may incur an additional fee‣ Once I start working on the commission, I'll update you on the sketch. Once the sketch is approved by the client, further changes may not be possible.

Usage

‣ Do not claim my artwork as your own.‣ I have the right to post the finished commission on my social media/portfolio website. (If you would prefer that I do not post it, please let me know beforehand.)‣ While credits are always greatly appreciated, they are not obligatory.‣ Commercial use refers to any use of the commissioned artwork for purposes that involve financial gain, promotion, or representation in a commercial context. This may include but is not limited to the use of the artwork in advertising, merchandise, publications, websites, and promotional materials.‣ Personal use refers to the client's right to use the commissioned artwork for non-commercial, individual, or private purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, personal printing, framing, display in personal spaces, and sharing on personal social media accounts.

Commercial use

‣ Commercial use costs an additional fee and requires the explicit consent of the artist.‣ The price for artwork with commercial use is twice the original commission cost.

What to include

‣ type of commission‣ clear reference/s of the character/s you'd like me to draw‣ the pose/ expression of the character/s (this part is optional but keep in mind that the more information i am provided with, the better idea i will have of what i should draw)‣ any additional notes‣ e-mail adress so that i can send you the finished commission(You can also place an oder via ko-fi)you can just copy the following form
